Ethics

I bring an honest and reliable work ethic to each and everyone of my clients and I feel that working together for a common goal must be the focus and the money will take care of itself. I believe that I must treat each client with the care that I would like to be treated. I always base my advice on what I would do if I were in my clients shoes. I know that my success in Real Estate has been through giving honest advice and putting my clients needs first. My past clients have given me permission to give their names and phone numbers to any new client that would like to find out first hand how their experience in dealing with me was.

Community.

I have lived in the Abbotsford area since 1970 and have moved to Vancouver, North Vancouver, Chilliwack and Kelowna for short periods of time. I have been involved in my community since High school. I ran track with the Abbotsford Track Club and was involved in bringing the very first Youth Centre to abbotsford and being involved with the Abbotsfor Youth Commission. I have been on the Board of Directors for Habitat For Humanity since 2002.

Interests.

I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, cycling and working out.

I love to cook and experiment with new recipies.

Selling your home?

I put your property in front of as many buyers possible so that it sells for the best price in the shortest amount of time.  To do this, I utilize both the newest electronic programs, as well as the traditiona advertising avenues. As a long time Realtor I have developed a networking channel and a large contact list  that other real estate agents cannot access, through this I market your property to an even larger number of buyers, including buyers from around the world.

I understand that each persons property is unique and will develop a tailored plan to market it as effectively as possible. These are a few ways I market your property

Internet:  The Internet is used by most people these days and I use it to maximize your property

Multiple Listing Service. The MLS has their own website where all of the listings are posted. This is the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board system that all real estate agents use to gain information on everything on the market at a given time. It includes up to ten pictures of a given property plus all the vital stats. It is the most important network of information for real estate agents, sellers, and buyers alike because it is totally comprehensive. This is an excellent resource that generates a large number of prospective buyers who are just "surfing" as their first effort in buying. Many of those prospects turn into real buyers.

Facebook.  Because Facebook is the fastest growing online community, both in Canada and worldwide, and is currently rivaling Google as the most visited site in Canada, I use this to help market your property

Newspaper Ads: We advertise all of our listings on two full pages in every issue of the Real Estate Weekly and Review that features pictures, prices, and special features of our listings. It also advertises our website.

Bulk Mail Flyers: I mail professionally designed and printed flyers to homes all over Abbotsford and the surrounding area.This attracts prospective buyers to our listings and all the details about your home, which are shown on our website, including photos and unique selling features. 

Updating Information Emails: When your property is listed or the details change we send out an email to all our Realtors in the office and those that allow us to from other offices through out not just the local area but the world.
